Each week, we publish a dinner plan that includes six dinners designed to work for most households with minimal planning and prep. The meals are intentionally approachable and meant to reduce the mental load of deciding what to cook.
Each dinner is designed to serve four people.
Most of the dinners are chosen with leftovers in mind. When a recipe doesn’t reheat well, we’ll clearly note that — though those are the exception, not the rule.
There’s no required order and no pressure to cook every meal exactly as written.
